On September 9, take some time to reflect on your alcohol use. Think about how much you drank, what situations led to you drinking, and how you felt afterward.
Ask yourself if there was any negative consequences from your drinking. If so, make a commitment to change your behavior for the better.
Remember that it’s never too late to make a positive change in your life.
