Daily Reflections September 2

Today is the second day of September, and for those of us in recovery, that means it’s time to start reflecting on our sober journey.

It’s been one month since we made the commitment to sobriety, and today we should take some time to assess how we’re doing. Sobriety can be tough, but it’s so worth it in the end.

I’m grateful for every day that I stay sober, and I know you are too. Let’s keep up the good work and continue growing stronger each day. Thanks for being along with me on this amazing journey!

The line from a song goes, “But I look for reasons to believe.” It’s an idea that has helped me in my journey into sobriety.

At one point when things were tough and all hope seemed lost, this simple phrase would remind you there is always something worth believing if only we could find it within ourselves to see beyond our own limitations-to be open minded enough not just now but forevermore!

We all like to believe that there is a reason for our existence. If you’ve found yourself in the throes of addiction, know that there are reasons for your life – even if you can’t see them right now.

Let us help you find out what those reasons might be with personalized coaching and support from our team of experts here at A.A..

You don’t have to believe, but we hope you’ll want to try believing anyways!
