Daily Reflections December 25

Are you an alcoholic? It’s the most wonderful time of year for drinkers. The holidays are a great excuse to drink more than usual, and it seems like there is always someone around who will buy your drinks.

This can be dangerous because when alcoholics drink, they do not think about the consequences until it’s too late.

As one recovering alcoholic myself, I know that people are in denial or don’t want to admit they have a problem with alcohol.

So if you’re reading this then chances are good that you need to stop drinking before it becomes too much for everyone else around you as well as yourself.”

Daily Reflections December 25

Every day is a day when we must carry the vision of God’s will into all of our activities. “How can I best serve Thee—Thy will (not mine) be done.”ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, p. 85

The passage I read each morning is a continual reminder to practice these principles in all my affairs.

When we know God’s will and put it first, then life becomes easier for us because His plans become clearer than day light with sun brightness above us guiding every step along the way!

I hope that this post has helped you to think about the power of God’s will and how it can be applied in your own life.

We all have daily struggles, but if we keep His word as our focal point, those difficulties may not seem so insurmountable after all.

What does a day look like for you when you practice these principles? Why do they make such an impact on your life? Let us know!

Our team is always looking for new stories from people who are experiencing the blessings of following Jesus Christ each day.
