On June 16, Alcoholics Anonymous invites alcoholics everywhere to reflect on their day.
For many of us, that includes acknowledging how we drank too much and what steps we can take to make sure it doesn’t happen again tomorrow.
Today, let’s also remember how living in sobriety has made our lives better in ways big and small. We’re grateful for the progress we’ve made and the freedom we now enjoy.
Tomorrow is a new day; let’s keep working hard to maintain our sobriety and live well in recovery.
Daily Reflections June 16
We found that God does not make too hard terms with those who seek Him. To us, the Realm of Spirit is broad, roomy, all inclusive; never exclusive or forbidding to those who earnestly seek. It is open, we believe, to all men.ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, p. 46
I am a spiritual person who has had many experiences with different religions.
My open-mindedness allows me to find the human spirit in every faith and dogma, for it is this shared gift that brings us together as one race towards reaching God–whether He exists or not!
The spirit is in all of us. And learning to find that human spirit in everyone, even if they don’t share the same beliefs as you do, can open your heart and mind to new possibilities.
Our team at Neo has done just this by exploring spirituality with our clients for over 7 years now.
If you would like help finding the spiritual side of marketing or advertising campaigns – whether it’s something more traditional or something a little less obvious – we’d love to start working with you today!
