I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my thoughts on recovery with you all. Today’s reflection is about how I’ve learned that it’s okay if I don’t want to drink alcohol.
It was never a requirement of mine and even though it took me some time to learn this, now that I know this truth, life is better than ever before.
The more time goes by without drinking alcohol, the more confident I am in making decisions because not only do they feel right but also because they are aligned with what my mind wants as well as what my heart desires.
This has helped me create new habits which make up who I am today – one day at a time!
