Do you ever have one of those days where you feel like everything is just going wrong? That’s how I was feeling today.
Every little thing that could go wrong, did. Until I read my daily reflection for September 16. It was about turning your bad day around and making the best of it.
And that’s exactly what I decided to do. Even though it was a hard day, I made the best of it and am now feeling a lot better.
So if you’re having a bad day, don’t worry! There’s always a way to turn it around and make the best of it

The First Step and the first tradition are like a foundation for everything that follows.
A process of ego deflation, this allows me to grow as an individual through my steps while also being part of something bigger than myself-the group unity offered by traditions
I am able put aside personal ambitions when I follow these traditions because they’re so important in helping make up who we really need each other too!
I am grateful for the opportunity to share my thoughts on these Twelve Traditions.
My life has been saved by them, and I will continue to practice them every day of my existence. You should too!
