Daily Reflections July 25

It’s easy to get lost in the challenges of life. In fact, it’s all too easy to let the challenges consume us and keep us from living our lives to the fullest. That’s why it’s important to take some time each day for reflection.

Today, take a few minutes to reflect on your successes, big and small. Reflect on the things you’re grateful for, no matter how small they may seem. And finally, reflect on what you can do today to help make tomorrow a little bit better.

Take these moments for reflection seriously, and see if you can find ways to bring this mindfulness into your daily routine. It just might make all the difference.

I know the torment of drinking compulsively to quiet my nerves and my fears. I also know the pain of white-knuckled sobriety.
