As we all know, alcoholism is an addiction that can be hard to beat. It’s a very difficult process for anyone, and so it’s important to remember that no matter what you’re going through, there are people who understand how hard this is for you.

What does it take to have a good day? Is there an equation we can follow for success that transcends the days where things just don’t seem so great.

It may be tough at first, but then again, nothing worth it is easy and once you get into the habit of being happy every single day – your life will never feel like work because all ights are going to be “good nights.”

When in pain, it is easy to want to run away from my problems and try not think about them. However, I have found that praying for humility will heal the wounds of anguish within me.

Praying for this strength granted by “the power greater than myself” has brought balance back into my life as well as allowing me accept all of who I am with joyous abandon!
