Daily Reflections January 3

January is not a month for new beginnings. It’s a time to take stock of what we’ve accomplished and how we can do better next year.

I am going to share with you my daily reflections and thoughts on the first day of 2019.

One thing I want more than anything else in life is self-love. As someone who has struggled with alcohol addiction, it’s important that I continue to focus on myself and my happiness before anything else because, without me, there is no one else in this world who would be able to love me unconditionally as I deserve.

There are many avenues for change available to us all with knowledge, time, and effort on our part.

It won’t happen overnight but we will be rewarded for taking action every step along the way towards achieving
