Prayer for Today, August 1, 2023
Heavenly Father,
On this day of August 1st, 2023 we come to You in prayer. Lord, help us to remain mindful of Your will and grace in all that we do. Grant us the strength and courage to face any challenge that may come our way. Remind us that no matter what obstacles may arise, if we trust in You then all things are possible. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (NIV).
We thank You for being our source of strength and protection. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen!
The importance of prayer in our lives cannot be overstated. Praying helps us to open up to God and receive His blessings, as well as to express our gratitude for the many gifts He has bestowed upon us.
